A new order will go through several procedures from placing the order to completing the order. The order status is shown on the order details page. Through this way, you can track the order status, track delivery and have a good online purchase experience.
1. How to track an order
User can log in his own account for trask all his orders.
Contact customer service center(Email:firstname.lastname@example.org) for enquiry.
2. How to modify the order
After the order is submitted (before delivery), a valid certificate (account ID, product information, recipient information and payment certificate, etc.) should be provided. After proving that you are the buyer, the customer service center will modify the recipient information and delivery address for you. However, the quantity and type of products cannot be modified.
If you need to modify the purchased items, please cancel the order and place the order again
3.How to cancel order
In case that your order has not been placed yet, you can login your account and click the "my order" button to find the order you want to concel, then cancel it.
In case your order has been shipped out, the order cannot be cancelled, please contact the customer service center(Email: email@example.com) for applying for return.
