1  User guide

    At present, our online store is only for small amount purchase (less than or equal 10 of each product).If you need bulk purchase, pls contact each branch or headquarters of Finecables.

The detailed shopping process is as follows

1. Finecables online store purchase can only be carried out after log in Finecables homepage. If you do not have the official account of Finecables website, please click "registration" at the top right of the homepage and complete the registration as new users following the guidance.

2. Search and find the item you want to buy, then click "buy now" to enter the shopping cart for placing order. If you need to buy other items, you can click "add to cart" to pick up more items and then go to shopping cart to pay.

3. On the shopping cart page, click "go to checkout" to place order. If you need to choose other items, click "continue shopping" to select more items.

4. Fill out the delivery information, payment method and invoice information when you placing the order . After you fill in all necessary information, click "place order immediately" to enter the Paypal payment platform.

5. Please follow the Paypal instructions till the payment is completed. As soon as the payment is done, the online store will prompt the message window "The oreder is placed successfully"

6. After the order is placed successfully, you can log in the online store at any time to check "my order" status and track the delivery.

7、Upon delivery, inspect, accept and personal sign

7.1 Upon delivery, please inspect the item to be sure it's the correct model, in operable condition, and not damaged. Do not sign the delivery manifest until you have inspected the item.
